Defective or damaged products
If you have received defective or damaged products, please contact us and send a photo and video of the product.
Within 1 week after purchase. If we find our mistake, the full amount will be refunded within 30 days, or the product will be replaced if the customer requests it at the same value.
Products lost in transit
By ordering from us, you agree to our shipping terms. Most orders are delivered within
the stated timeframes; however, sometimes external factors, such as customs inspections, may cause delays. If the delivery time of your order exceeds our stated timescales by 10 working days, you can contact us and we will be happy to send a replacement order or refund the full amount.
Returns
We accept returns of goods for a refund. If you are not satisfied with your product, you have the right to return the product within 7 days of receipt. To do so, kindly contact us here. The cost will be borne by the buyer.
Lost or stolen packaging
Vallveta.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packaging that is confirmed to have been delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, Vallveta will confirm delivery to the address information provided, the delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer.
