Where do you ship your products?

We ship to most countries in Europe, excluding the UK and Ireland.


How long does shipping take?

Expect delivery in 2–5 business days. You'll receive full tracking upon shipment.


Do you ship outside Europe?

Currently, we only ship within Europe. Expansion is coming soon!

Are your devices safe for home use?

Yes — all our devices are CE-certified and safe to use at home.


Can I use the device with sensitive skin?

Most of our devices are gentle and safe for sensitive skin. Always test on a small area first. Please read the user instructions and warnings.
