- Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device
- Briefly press the power button to select either High or Low mode. The default setting is High mode, which operates for 25 seconds, while Low mode runs for 20 seconds.
- Place the device on the desired skin area and begin treatment when you hear the start beep.
- During treatment, hold the device firmly against the skin and keep it steady without moving.
- When the end beep sounds, move the device to another area and repeat the treatment.
Caution: If you experience intense heat, begin with Low mode.
