Can I use any cosmetic product with this device?
This product is a complex skin care device with high-power functionality, and we recommend using a moisture gel that takes into account skin conductivity and other factors.
In addition, using the ‘Aalok Ultrachange Boost Gel’ provided by Aalok will provide more effective skin care than regular moisture gels.
How long should I use it?
Each function of this device has a specified number of shots or usage time.

My skin stings when I use it. Is that normal?
This is a normal skin reaction that can occur depending on your skin condition when the product penetrates or activates. The intensity of the stinging sensation may vary by area.
How many times a week should I use it?
1.Deep Elasticity Mode: 2 times per week.
2.Surface Elasticity Mode: 2–3 times per week.
3.Recovery & Clear Mode: Can be used daily.
However, if you use Deep Elasticity Mode or Surface Elasticity Mode, please refrain from using the other modes on the same day.
Severe skin irritation may occur during/after use.
Depending on the user's skin and health condition, irritation may become severe. Please make sure to perform a patch test before use, and if skin irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately and consult a specialist.
